Aaron Rodgers’ Season Over After Tearing Achilles On 4th Play For New Team


New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers’ season ended on Monday night on just his fourth play in a new uniform. 

An MRI Tuesday confirmed Jets fans’ worst fears, showing that 39-year-old Rodgers tore his Achilles tendon, ESPN Insider Adam Schefter reported. Rodgers was noticeably grimacing after being sacked by Buffalo Bills defensive end Leonard Floyd. The former Green Bay Packers QB was helped off the field by Jets staff and never returned to the game.
